Ensure your building materials are in original condition, unused, and include all hardware or components. Special orders and custom-cut lumber are generally non-returnable.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number and receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific drop-off instructions.

Pack and Label

Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the exterior of the crate or box with your assigned RMA number.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the materials for quality and restocking standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
